I have been curious over the past few weeks on cooking my own ROM. I just have a few quick questions. I have no OemXIP for the latest release on XDA/23420. I just downloaded the 'All DPI' package, and sorted the proper ROM files in the Kitchen(128DPI), and extracted/replaced the shell32.exe from XDA into the proper folder. Now my question, Do I need an OEMXIP? Or at this point am I able to just select 23420 from the SYS list, and build/create from there?
