If you are talking about the 2 thin vertical lines you see, then yes it's normal and no one has figured a way out to fix it. It seems more prominent on some backgrounds than others.

I did not test it because I haven't installed manila 2.1 (I'm waiting for a cooked rom with my language) yet but I believed that you did manage to get rid of those scrolling lines...

This issue surely comes from the fact that the image is split into 3 parts so a solution to not have these lines would be to have only one big image of 1536x512 : is someone able to do that ?

Im running energy aug. 11. rom and after installing the first attachment cab the background works but behind the slider AND onlyon the home tab there is still energy's background mixed with the new background.

Also the energy background only shows up behind the slider when you begin to slide it from the homepage but the background will be perfect if you slide it from any other tab.

See the FAQ in post 2 for a solution. I think it is to change the wallpaper and say yes when it asks you if you want to use the default one.

I think the manila image files can only be 512 pixels wide, so that is why there are 3 put together. Please see message below as well.

Good job & great detailed explanations !!!

Is it possible to make the same on TF3D1 : I mean the "no cut-off" image while scrolling ?

Thanks a lot,

^^

I cannot send you a private messages, so I am posting this here. I tried to make the changes to the TF3D1 panoramic mod so that you will have the panoramic wallpaper showing while changing tabs and added landscape support. Please try it and let me know. The TF3D1 manila file does not have as must stuff in it, so I really don't know how well it will work. If you can test it, I can probably change/adjust the position of the wallpaper as needed. Thanks.

Hi,

thanks for your answers, I 'm gonna test your file now...

EDIT: it doesn't work on TF3D1... but it doesn't matter because tomorrow a French rom with Yozgatg manila 2.1 will be released so I'll install your TF3D2.1 mod ;)

thanks for your efforts

I would love to see some new backgrounds. I lil problem(not really) I find is the backgrounds a like are light in color so it's difficult to see the font.

Yeah, sometimes the font is hard to read on certain menus. One person at XDA installed a new system/touchflo font that helped him some. You can look into that. No one has come up with a solution yet. If you have a background you want made, just post a link to the pic and I'll do it when I have some time. It's not hard to learn how to do, but it hardly takes me anytime these days :D.
