nope. still the same ugly yellow icon. Disabled tf3d, installed, restarted, enabled tf3d, got text. for kicks, restarted with tf3d enabled, got text...same yellow icon.

Ok, thanks. But I'm not done yet. Let me look at a couple other things/options.

I didn't try this one you posted but I did decide to uninstall the pamas transparent bottom bar cab I have. then installed the glass orb from the first post, works!!! found the transparent bottom bar manila file and copied that over, still works!!! for some reason pamas transparent slider won't work but the clear one does.

so I'm good!!! thanks for all your help.

The pamas transparent slider has a 36eabe92_manila file in it, which is probably what causes the problem with the custom bubble icons.

I copied just the slider file over, didn't install the cab. So I didn't copy the file mentioned. hmmm... very strange indeed.

No, actually it doesn't. I dl'ed it and there wasn't one in there.
