is anyone no issue about incoming calls display??

I am still learning this phone and like it.this webiste is great to share everything which is so great.by the way,is anyone no issues about incoming calls display??? I have an unlocked Lg fathom Vs750-V7, I've got this issue since got this phone.normally phone numbers don't show up even I got this contact on my phone.please help me if someone already solved this problem out.
