DUN-Status after every call

I keep getting that program "DUN status" pop up after a phone call. It won't let me exit either. It keeps saying that I have to hook it to a PC to disconnect. This just started a few days ago and is pretty annoying because the only thing I can do is kill it through a task manager. Why would that be popping up?
