Double Punctuation!?

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes when you enter a "," or "." or "?" it autocorrects and adds another one? So it will put in a sentence like this: Did you have a nice day?? OR If you type like this,, it will put in two punctuation marks..

This doesn't happen all the time, but it does 1/4 of the time and it is VERY annoying. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, any fix?
