Hi Pizzaboy192

Thanks for the Arcsoft remover v2 link

I removed the default Arcsoft messaging app
But when I am installing the Verizon Arcsoft Threaded MMS 5.2.12.45 or arcsoftmms 5.0.31.7 us, I am getting the same 'You Do not have Sufficient System Permissions' message

Great post, man. I'm using a unlocked Fathom with AT&T and removing Arcsoft was the only way I could get my MMS halfway working. Now I can send but when I receive one, it says "message not found". I've attempted to install a newer and universal version of Arcsoft see if that would help, but I keep getting "Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient security permissions." I then tried different things to fix THAT to no avail. I'm at my wits end. :(

Sorry to hear that it's not working as well as it should.
I've been working to get a Fathom to send MMS on t-Mobile, so I'm going to be working along side with you.
Here's what I would suggest: Get yourself a task manager that allows you to both see and kill processes. (i Recommend ArkSwitch).
Go to procoesses, and see if Transport.exe is still running. If yes, kill it and then try to re-install the software. If it doesn't install, let me know.

I checked when I ran it this time; transport.exe wasn't running. Still no luck.

I am using my unlocked LG Fathom on Vodafone network in Mumbai (India). I had the same "insufficient system permission" problem. But after killing transport.exe, I could successfully install "imnuts Threaded Verizon ArcSoft MMS 5.2.12.62.cab". However, I still can't send or receive mms :(

After you get the .cab file installed, you need to configure your phone for your network. I have a feeling that Vodaphone is a GSM network. Because of this, you will need the "T-mobile" version of Arcsoft-Be-Gone V3 from one of my other threads here. the T-Mobile version is a GSM variant of my arcsoft sms remover.
Once you get that installed, you should be able to find the carrier data settings online and enter them in your phone. That should give you MMS abilities.
