To help answer your questions:
1. How are you trying to change the wallpaper? The lockscreen is WM, so make sure you aren't changing it through CHTe.

2. The text is actually just an image named CHT_Softkey_web.png in the Windows directory. You can change the image directly or just change where the key points to. This is possible using CHTe

3. All text can be changed using either CHTe, or CHT Tweaks. Both programs are very powerful and allow you to customize just about everything as far as CHT is concerned.

Hopefully somebody that is currently running Teya 2.0.x can chime in with more specifics. Without the device in front of me, it is difficult to point you to the exact locations.

On another note:

First post updated with a new version, hopefully this will fix the few reported bugs. However, since I don't have the Imagio anymore, I can't guarantee anything. Please test and report back.

Thanks but I am still having difficulties.

I managed to change the wallpaper on the lock screen. I didn't know that was through windows. I forgot to ask you how to change the wallpaper for the quick list (holding the end key)?

I know how to change the soft keys but I guess the real problem is there isn't a CHT_Softkey_Camera.png file that matches. Yes, I can remap that softkey to the camera but the softkey will still be web. I need to edit one of the PNG's.

I have seen the option to change the text colors. The fault for the main text color is 255.255.255 & the default for the subtext color is 178,178,178. It gives examples for pure red 255.0.0 or for pure black 0.0.0.0. It would be nice if CHT would just show a color pallet but I guess I am asking too much.
