Have to agree completely with this post , the Plain 1.4 is the fastest , smoothest , most stable ROM offered in the Imagio Update Forum . I have tested all the roms and most of the updates and they can't touch this ROM.
It has everything I need on a daily basis and performs the way a rom should. If you want the BLING , that's what .cabs are for.

Have not used mms , uses Opera 9 . I use Opera 10 but I am sure 9 works fine.

I haven't tried 1.4 yet. I'll be working it in over the weekend and checking it out.

What I noticed previously was that Ab was using the same Arcsoft version as the stock ROM. So, what I've done to address the MMS issues I had with his earlier releases is, when coming from the verizon stock ROM, back up your Arcsoft registry folder (HKLM\SOFTWARE\ARCSOFT) before flashing. After going to one of his ROMs, give MMS a try. If it's not working, restore the backed up reg folder, SR, and try again before deciding to flash back. This restores all of the MMS settings, incl max size and server settings to the VZW defaults - it already has your number built in.

I can't recall which of his ROMs I tried last (one of the 1.3's) but this worked for me.

Yes, they work out of the box (except version Other which is made for other carriers..)... no exceptions had been reported... 1.4 uses opera 9.5. (i dont like opera 10 either! Too many features for me! lol)

Since 1.3 all settings are already cooked in, except on version - Other, which is made for other carriers.

OPS! thats true, my fault, replaced too many icons!... may not affect funcionality at all... will be fixed over the next release... thank you for reporting and testing...
