Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe.

i was looking for that, but when i dl it it trys to open the file but nothing happens. And for some reason its trying to open the file with firefox, is there another program i should be using?

You need to extract the archive with something like 7-Zip.

thanks i got it, anybody had problems with the weather not getting your exact location? everytime i go to update it has a connection problem.
