Still not having any luck with UC. I keep getting a file not found error message. I've been able to use UC on the EnergyRoms, but not so far on this ROM. (By the way, I really love the latest build so far.).

I have a file in the root directory of the storage card entitled SDConfig.txt. Per the instructions, I deleted the command lines for lock (enable, disable) and reset. The only command lines I have in the file are for cabs, which are listed in a "CAB: \Storage Card\Cabs\Cab File Name.cab". (Each of my cab files are in a directory on the storage card entitled "Cabs".)

Any suggestions?

Check the changelog for differences between Beta 4.1 (23549) and Beta 4.2 (23551). In terms of the SYS, the difference between 23549 and 23551 is not noticeable, at least to the naked eye. I have yet to find a difference.

Thx Drell for another great ROM! Flashed to the latest last night and haven't run into any problems so far.

The only thing I would ask is for a different task manager app. I like Arkswitch because I can just tap the top left of the taskbar and pull up the app.

Love the ROM. I have three things that I'm having issues with:

1) I can't get Swype 2.0 to work. It causes a freeze and requires a soft reset. Odd, because it worked perfect on the stock Verizon ROM when I added it as a cab. It also worked fine for me on energyROM. Is anyone else having this issue? (I know 3.9 didn't work when cooked in so it was removed.)

2) I can't figure out how to manage folders in exchange. The menu option is greyed out.

3) Is there an easy way to add bluetooth on/off as a shortcut? (Or maybe even just the connection manager). I turn it on when I'm in my car but keep bluetooth off when not in my car to save battery, etc.

I think I can deal with not getting a solution to # 2 and # 3, but I absolutely love swype. After using it over the past couple of months, I don't think I can go back to a standard keyboard.

Removed as it had no close or x button on 6.5.5 and caused some people issues. http://www.ghisler.com/ce.htm

Was it causing stability issues? or were certain people just unsure how to exit without an official exit button? I have to agree that I would definitely rather see TC in any ROM as it is my regeditor of choice. The back/end buttons will allow anyone to exit the program AFAIK.

Found the problem with Garmin XT. It is not the ROM. It was Ameba, which is a taskmanager. I had Ameba and the GUI for it installed and thats when Garmin started to freeze. Uninstalled Ameba and Garmin worked just fine. Going to try Xtask instead of Ameba.

Actually that would just "minimize" it to the background, however you can close it by selecting File, then the >>>>> button and then Exit.
