sounds like you didn't run the hspl unlocker. if you did, with power off hold the volume down button and turn it back on while still holding volume down until you get the tri-color screen and make sure you have unlocked it successfully.

i flashed the 23544 build and it is pretty sweet. I love how touch friendly it is. very fast too. haven't had to do an unnecessary soft reset at all yet

One question: since there is no task manager at the top... does this mean programs are actually closed when you hit the X? rather than minimizing like an older builds.

Before restoring contacts... i had like 154mb free on the 23544 build

My Imagio just turns on when Holding the Volume down and the power button at the same time, no tri color screen
