I had to get a replacement phone due to touchscreen failure
anybody know how to run the hard spl a second time, I keep getting an error telling me I can only do it once

as the post states..if you can't/don't want to pay for a second one, send a message at HTC-Unlocks Support to get the 2nd use free for personal use.

i cant use the unlocker my compuer says the exe is corrupted

hmm, weird. do you have the exact error text ? how about antivirus software ?

Having an issue with the unlocker, I can go through all the steps and the phone gets to the point where it is at 0% and then it just stays there and does not thing. We have waited an hour or more. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. The phone gets to the point where it is at 0% and then it just stays there and does not thing.
What should I do to unlock my phone?

I went from TP2 to Imagio... insurance gave me imagio... I downloaded the unlocker, but it keeps telling me I dont have permission to open. I tried running as admin, but no success. Is this because I already had TP2 unlocker and now need to buy it or is it something totally different?

Edit: Disabled resident sheild in AVG antivirus got it working...

I CAN'T HSPL!!! OPENS AN ERROR ON MY CPU: " WINDOWS CANNOT ACCESS THE SPECIFIED DEVICE, PATH, OR FILE. YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE ITEM.".....WHY????

Are you running as an administrator? Windows XP or Windows 7? Antivirus turned off while downloading? Antivirus and firewall turned off when running file?
