ok i have to download whitestone hard SPL package then extract this to an empty folder.. how i do i extrct to an empty folder? do i have to diwnload to my internal memory or my card memory???
why do i have to sync my phone with my pc? is it necessary?
i have window xp is this a problen?
how long it take to inlock my phone?

Imagio Brethren: I just got my replacement Imagio (stuck End key on the first one) this week. It came with the 3.04.605.7 OEM ROM. I've tried unlocking this one as with my first -- but I keep getting the tricolor screen (bootloader spl 0.39.0000) then the progress bar sticks at 0% before the Win updater app times out. I made a donation earlier in the day and that took care of the "no device" error message. Thoughts? This bloated ROM is driving me nuts! Many thanks, Landlocked

So heres the question of the day...where do I get the OEM rom at so I can take my phone in?

Ok, so when I dl the re-locker, i tried to run it while still zipped and it says "failed to run RUU" when I unzip it, it doesn't run at all?

I know a problem that I have a lot. For me -many of these .exe files for my phone won't run unless I right click on them and choose to "Run as Administrator". You can give that I try. Hope you get it figured out.

Oh yeah - I am 99.99% sure it has to be unzipped.

Yeah -I usually try and run something like 10 times and it doesn't work. I am like, "It has to work. It is working for everyone else. And then it finally dawns on me, 'Run as Administrator' ".

I tried to download this file and a virus appears attached "Bloodhound.W32.EP" anyone else have this issue? i can't find a clean file to run...
