I have stuck keys on my wife's Imagio. I think it's better to try to fix yourself and if you can't then do the stock flash, relock SPL and send to Verizon.

why fix yourself? just get a free warranty replacement.

1.I don't have Verizon service and 2.Not having to reflash stock and loose settings/SIM unlock/HSPL unlock...

What they should do and what they will do are 2 different things. I just went through this with them. They won't replace a phone that does not have active service with them.

What about HTC? Going through HTC instead of Verizon... Probably not happening since you don't buy these from HTC, you buy them from Verizon.... Bastages...

Can you please help me I have an Imagio but it is not working. I have tried to run "SSPL-Manual-WhitestoneW_V1_00.exe" but it causes my phone to freeze.

Ok, new to unlocking my Imagio. I down loaded the zip file but when I try to unzip the file I get a Windows security warning stating that windows has blocked access to these files to help protect my computer. There is an option to see why the files were blocked and when I read this it told me to click on the properties of the file and check "unblock" which I did and the file still will not unzip. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Turn off your antivirus before unzipping the file. You may also need to turn off the firewall if it blocks access to the internet for the executable file.
