for some reason I cant get the unlocker to open, when I try to extract to a folder on desktop I get "cannot execute"C:\docume~1\deuce\locals~1\temp\rar$exoo.6 78\whitstoneW-hardspl_v1_99R1.exe

This is the one i used and i haven't had any problems. Been using it for 7 months. Besides that there is no other HSPL to try besides this one.

I need your help. I just had a phone replacement due to a stuck key and now i am not able to install hardspl into my new phone. It keeps telling me that this software has been installed. Please assist..tks

never heard of that one. do you mean it's telling you that it has detected that you've unlocked before?

yes that's correct. Tried the unlocker and it still does not work...not even on a different computer...very frustrating...

once you try on the same computer, they block you. only option now is to choose the donate option in the unlocker and pay the 6 bucks

Has anyone ever flashed back to stock, re-locked and sent the phone back? I am getting a replacement today because of a stuck button and have energy ROM on my current phone...kinda worried.

nothin to worry about as long as you flash the stock shipped rom and relock, just like you said.

I have stuck keys on my wife's Imagio. I think it's better to try to fix yourself and if you can't then do the stock flash, relock SPL and send to Verizon.
