Ok good. Well, at least we know you can sync. I recommend using a 32bit OS on your pc if it is available . Less problems IMO. You need to have activesync installed on your XP computer or Windows Mobile Device Center on a Vista/Win7 computer and like I said you have to be able to sync normally first. Then you should check and make sure you have the latest Bell 3.42.50 radio already on your device. If not you should download it and keep it handy because you will want to upgrade to it right after you unlock . Read and absorb everything in the unlocker thread carefully before you attempt. Take a look at the links I posted earlier. You'll get it!:)

Also, I would disable your internet connection and antivirus/security software on your pc after you have downloaded the unlocker, radio, and rom so when you are unlocking and flashing these things won't interfere.

oh and there have been some issues to win 7 64bit... so i would just use a 32bit vista or xp computer
