Data connection disabled/grey out after updating to vito v7 rom

It looks like the modem of the device for data connection is disabled for some reason. I have installed 6.5 from nfs before and it was enabled there. Cellular, airport and bluetooth are enabled.

In the xv6900, is there a way to access the diagnoctics menu in windows mobile 6.5 or the v7 vito release?
