No voice calls on VZ's XV6900

Hi all, It's been a while since I've been on here. I unlocked my phone last year, and have been using one of JD's lite roms for over a year now.

The problem I'm having is that my phone will no longer make calls. I searched the forum, the google (lol) and dialed *22899 (it says "Programming in progress" but only says dialing, and fails to make a connection, it fails after ~15 seconds and ends the attempted call). I cannot make any calls!

I am able to get data, just no 1X calls.
