Streaming Live on HTC VOGUE (Metro PCS)

HEY PPLS, I've searched through this forum and have not found anything about LIVE streaming. I think just about one post...

anyways, well can you please tell me what am i doing wrong??

I keep getting this message:

Cannot play the file because the proxy server is not responding. the proxy server might be temporarily unavailable or your device's proxy settings might not be correct.

I have Internet access, through metropcs, it is fully flashed and the internet works fine.
The proxy settings are set like they are supposed to:
wap.metropcs.net port 3128 and 443

And on the options from Windows Media Player
i have these settings:

Network:
Protocol

x UDP
x TCP
x HTTP

UDP port: 3128 (or should it be 443)
Internet connection speed:

have tried
Cellular 384 Kbps
Cellular 128kbps
Celular 256kbps

and i've tried several links...
this is the one i am currently trying:

PS out of all the ones i've tried...this one actually worked...

So my problem, is it my settings or phone
or is it the links??

I also get this message ON SOME LINKS: cannot perform the requested action at this time...

well any help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
