*Updated Info* HTC Vogue - ANDROID EDITION!?!?!?!?!

Hey thought you guys might just love to see this!!!! http://gizmodo.com/5321122/htc-click...possible-price

Sure looks like a re-cooked Vogue with Android native base. And if its going to be free (new line/upgrade) then=D>. I haven't found a phone that made me want to replace my vogue but this may be the one.:headbang: That's not even to mention what a "free" smartphone from HTC with Android will do to this site among others lol. If WinMo doesn't get their act together, and soon, this may destroy a good part of their customer base.

*UPDATED INFO* The phone is a HTC Click. A little more info here: http://www.engadget.com/2009/07/23/a...heap-unlocked/

Re: HTC Android - VOGUE EDITION!?!?!?!?!

Sometimes WinMo upsets me getting used to new ROMs and all but overall im too big of a WinMo fan. If i wanted to use that Android Base i would just follow the thread here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=23244 and edit my phone so i have the choice of which to use. But thats my opinion, im stubborn. But the look of that HTC looks like a close upgrade to the Vogue. Great Scouting to find this.

I meant free as a 2-year upgrade or a new line phone. My contract with Sprint has been up for 6 months and the cheapest HTC phone I can get is STILL $200 and I haven't found a phone that is worth that much to replace my Vogue. Heck I would even pay $50-$100 for a replacement Vogue but I'm not paying $200-$400 for a phone I "might" like.

I agree with you. This UI also helps with my flashing addiction. But I was looking for some help on enabling the GPS on it. Any clue if this can be done? Some posts say its working and some say it doesn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
