yeah dont get on my arse for providing as vague an answer possible to as vague a question possible.
If you take the question for what its worth, you simply dont get app store apps on winmo phones, you may find similar or even ones made for winmo but the question doesnt ask that

can they do remote desktop on the iphone?
if so, then they could buy an iphone, download the apps onto the iphone, and then use a remote desktop program and use the app on their ppc.
