Vogue Camera Question
 

This may have been discussed before but does anyone know or had any experience or luck tweaking/changing the Camera on the Vogue so it would take higher quality pictures?
Just wondering if anyone has messed around with this at all.
As always, Thanks for any info!
I really respect the knowledge of a lot of people on this site and figured I'd ask.

I'm pretty sure that NFSFAN has forced the camera app to have additional types that are higher quality... but I think that's for video only. Other than that, I haven't heard anything on it.

Yeah, he has what link stated,
and also if you go into the vogue registry tweaks sticky (either in upgrade section or regular vogue section)
there is a hack there to make the camera take pictures like 0.4 megapixels higher than what we already have. (something around that number)

When ya find it, post the link. I spent 10-15 minutes looking and never found it. I have used just about all the hacks posted, cab or just regediting and never have found anything that helps, with the exception of the trynt SD tuneup. Of course that just speeds up writing to the card so it doesn't help with quality. Hell my Apache still takes better pix than ANY phone I've had.

I'll look for that reg edit.
I have them somewhere around here.
I was building up cabs for all of them
and was going to put them in my faq sooner or later.



Edit: it'll be late tonight/tomorrow before I find the reg edit,
I have the next day and half off of work,
really the next 2 days,
but half of wed is booked.
So I'll be doing some personal requests from other people,
and some other registry things people want,
so I'll search through my word dock and excel doc that has all of my reg edits for the vogue in it.

Well I found a resolution thing for the video camera,

but I have to search through my external harddrive for the documents I have all my reg edits in,
I thought I could easily google search it.
But that failed. haha.
Will keep you all updated, but I can't do it tonight, have to wake up extra early in the morning. :/

I've got a HUGE list of things to do for people tomorrow,
and as long as my dad doesn't think he can use the computer,
I should get them all done finally.
I've been pushing a bunch back,
and would have had them done today,
but decided to go out and have a life for once.
haha. :D

Well, not exactly. That thread posted was for video resolutions. It seems to have made videos higher quality at least, so it's still appreciated.

hmmm, dunno, might have been the one.
did you try it out?
I had basically started going through registry hacks from wm5.0 all the way up to 6.5 ones that I could find on google.
and I just kept trying them out one by one and seeing if they worked. haha.
not the proper way, but hey, most of the long term people here have had a device from back then, and knew all the reg hacks from back then too.

haha. probably.

honestly I had forgetten about this. haha. woops.
I have an attention span problem....

But seriously, a few of my posts have disappeared recently, and now everytime I log in, the "New posts" will be all posts made after I have logged in. so I loose all the posts from the last time I was logged in.
Not sure if someone has messed with my account settings,
but it never use to be that way.....
