need help , please How to save SIM card information ??

I have HTC Vogue . it is SIM card reader get some physical problem which let the device can't get SIM card information after restart the system. after any restart I always spent around 30 min trying to let the device read from SIM card then register to the network.
so please is there any software can help to solve this problem?
