Well Yearn, they'll tell me on the phone what I'm getting. Alltel has been out of Vogues so they moved out to giving Diamonds instead.

ya, I think I got mine in feb. I really dont know how their inventory works?? I dont know if they get in new shippments of refurbs or if they only give new devices or how it works?
You know another thing you might check into is if their unwilling to give you a TP you might try talking them into giving you a Verizion Diamond, then at least you would get the sd card

Yeah, I really hope that they don't offer me another Vogue. If they do, I'm out. I do not want another one. I doubt they'd do that, they wouldn't want to encourage a trade off another Networks, even if they ARE combined.

Probably not, I only say that cause I was in a local Alltel store last week and when I walked in the right wall and islands in the middle were all Alltel phones and stuff then the entire left wall was verizion phones and accessories.
Thats the first time I ever really saw everything merged together like that.

I also have another problem. When I went to phoneclaim.com and entered my number, I didn't right down my claim number. Therefor, I cannot see what they are going to offer me. Is there any way to get around this? Or can someone help me and go do it
themselves so I can see what they will offer me?

I never did the online claim, can you call them and ask?
It would totally suck to pay the 95 bucks and have them send you a Vogue. I loved mine but my Diamond is soooo much better!
I did mine all over the phone, The first guy I talked to was a total D-bag and tried telling me they was gonna give me a mogul! So I hung up on him and called back and got a really nice lady and everything went smooth.

You can always call and get your claim # from them I would think.
