Program Codes-Sprint?
 

Hey all,

My Diamond went teets up and I wanted to use my wife's old Touch, which has a 3VET ROM. I can't access the Sprint codes to program the phone for my info and it won't reflash for some reason to the stock ROM.

is there any way to access the programming menu for Sprint other than the ## stuff??

Try putting ##code#
Some of the dialers need that extra pound for some reason.
Otherwise,
when you put it in bootloader mode, (power + camera +stylus in hole at bottom)
what does it say to the right of "SPL-"

baf's msl tool will take you right into epst.

Thanks. When I launch the tool it will get the unlock code, but when I hit EPST it flashes on the screen for a second and then back to the main screen, I never can enter anything....I will try getting the bootloader info next...

Figure this one out...I drug out an old XP machine and viola, it updated the ROM. Then I hooked my "busted" Diamond up and wadda u know, it unbusted it...

I guess my WMDC is bad?

yea, I did the same about a year ago and never looked back. sold my vista pc.

yeah, I hear ya.
I hate vista.
When I get my computer built in the next month or so,
I'm putting xp on it. f*ck vista.
