mms settings. real quick

ok so iv done the google look and still am not able to send mms. im using nfsfan56.5 and have his vzw mms cab installed but he tells me to do something else. iv tried to figure out on my own and im just tried of messing up and have to reflash. so if anyone could please give me a hand ill be very thankful.

this is what he says to do.

HOTFIXES:

Verizon MMS:

* Install the cab provided in the link below, then after install go into the Connections,
and delete everything there. After that is done, open Advanced
Config, press Menu, and press "Import provisioning XML".
Search for mxipupdate_oemoperators_102.provxml, and import it. Soft-reset, and MMS
should work.

MMS CAB

as you can see its not the most clear i assume connections that he talks about is in t norm settings menu but i dont see and advance config menu. please someone explane this to me. thank you in advance.
