Upgraded to ROM version 3.14.605.1 and no VZ Navigator?

Hello all, as you can see by the thread title, I have a slight issue. I used the RUU Vogue VZW WWE 3.14.605.1 Radio 3.37.78 upgrade, and was under the impression from all that I had read about it, that it would allow the VZ Nav software to run on the VX6900. So far, I have seen no icons or program file associated with VZN anywhere on my phone.

I ran the ROM upgrade according to the documentation that came with the upgrade, and as far as i know my phone is not unlocked...any idea as to why I cant access VZN? Did I not do something I should have, or did I do something I shouldnt of ? Any help would be great...thanks in advance!
