Unhappy Help! My 8900 is having problems

My 8900 has been acting slugish and it freezes frequently, recently I've been having to reset it every so often because it freezes up. Now i cant even recieve calls because as soon as i push to recieve the call it freezes. I have deleted a ton of text messages to try to fix it but it is still slow.

Also, all the contacts in my list are gone now, even though when i look at my call list it still shows the names of people, what is up with my phone? I flashed it a LONG time ago, but I havent had any problems up until recently. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I've been thinking about reflashing it to put it back to stock, would that help?
