Registry Tweak for Sprint Navigation Signal

I spent the better part of yesterday searching in these forums as well as others for a registry tweak that corrected the Sprint Touch's ability to quickly get a GPS signal for Sprint Navigation and Live Search. If my memory serves me correctly, the tweak was as simple as changing a '0' to a '1' or vice versa. Everything I saw during my search was much more involved and seemed to be associated with using stand alone software like Garmin or TomTom.

Further, I think it has something to do with the phone's location setting 'switch', but I don't know where to find it in the registry. Does anybody have a solution for my issue?
