I am a bad cook.

Ok, so I used PPCKitchen to cook me a rom which I have done many times, and installed it on my Touch. Well, long story short I cooked it with the wrong provider, US Cellular I think, but not sure now. So I cooked another rom with the correct provider, Sprint, but now I can't seem to receive calls or texts, I can send text, make calls, and send and receive email and surft the net. Any suggestions on what I can do, or where to look?
