Bell Touch GPS not working after flash?

I have two HTC Touch.
I have flashed both with NFSFAN 1.31 ROM. When I tried the GPS, one is working and the other isn't. I am using GPS Viewer to find GPS signal.

Both have the exact boot screen, 2.31 COKE and same radio version.......Radio3.42.50.

What should I do now? I tried to flash back to official rom and it doesn't work.
What's next or what thread should I read? I tried searching already.
