newbie rom install???

need help

running stock telus rom locked with radio 3.41 on a vogue also downloaded telusmanillatelusfullv1.6 rom which is sitting on my pc.

after running i cokeman 2.3 do i just click on the romupdate utility.exe in the file i downloaded and let it run or do i need to install a radio. after it installs will my phone be able to send calls and use internet.

Sorry newbie and afraid to brick my phone!

Your steps seem just about right, and the answer to your question is yes you will be able to send calls and use internet. No you will not need to install a new radio, as custom ROMS don't include a radio. It will continue to have the radio that was there prior to flashing. Since your radio is already a GPS capable one, flashing to the new ROM should be a easy job. I will say though that there are some things that can go wrong and would recommend you to read at least the first post on the thread I linked below, if you haven't already. It is very informative. Also make sure to read the first post (at least) in the Imcokeman unlocker thread to be sure you know how to get that done successfully.
