S9 BT not working

I have been using the motorola S9 BT headset with my sprint touch for over a year with no problems.Yesterday it stoped working.The phone does not recognise the headset. It pairs with my computer and other phones but not the S9. It still works for phone calls but not for anything else.The headset will pair with my computer and my wifes phone but not with my touch.

Any ideas on what the problem may be?

Have you tried to delete the headset in NT settings and re-pair?

How do I find NT settings? Did you mean BT settings? If so , I don't have a headset option in the box, because it won't pair with the headset

I used to have that happen. they way i did it was to hard reset the phone and reload everything. another thing might work is to. turn on bluetooth on the phone first, the put the s9 in the discoverable mode then search for the device in the bluetooth menu on the phone.

Thanks for the input.I have been using your second idea and the phone did not discover the S9.

Last night I tried it again and it worked.Problem solved.

Try a soft reset... Worked for me at the gym a few weeks back...
