3.5 .net wont install

I installed wm 6.1 onto my phone the other day and since then it keeps auto connecting for the data. I am assuming its because of the weather.

So I searched and decided to install advanced configuration tool to keep a check on what else is connecting for data.

Which led to me installing the 3.5 .net cab but it wont install. The error it gives is "installation of (filename) was unsuccessful" and I cant figure out why.

The only other cabs I have at the moment are spb shell and full screen keyboard.
