Help!!

Ok i may have seen this answer before but after searching all i found was poorlyduck dailer, which only gives you ##code but what i need is a dailer that will let me do a ##msl# to change the MDN and MSID after i flash to a customer rom. I tried the cab and still when i do ## then my msl # it doesnt do anything. I am able to do all the other codes but reprogram my phone. I know flashing the stock rom would work but i was trying to stay away from that.
