sd card question
does the sd card speed effect the operating speed of the application you are trying to use or just the speed in which it was opened?

It depends. If the program only loads from the card and runs in memory The program may load slower idf installed to the card. If the program uses files from the SD then it will reflect the IO thruput to the card. I really haven't noticed any lags since I installed the SD tuneup Bigdiesel07 found.
