Clocks out of sync

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem, I have the clock in the title bar and on the home screen, and it seems that the home screen clock changes before the title bar clock. It appears to be 6 seconds or so behind, is this just a refresh difference, or am I the only one having this happen? I'm running M2D and a 2094 kitchen build.

My guess is a difference in coding. The on-screen clock probably has a timer to check the system clock at a higher refresh rate, while the top bar clock waits for the System_Time_Change Event, which, as noted in the MSDN notes, can be off by as much as 6 to 10 seconds.
