Have 6.1 & Sprint's newest Rom..but can't flash a custom
 

First, yes, I have just joined but have been following this forum for years. I went to the htc site upgraded my rom and radio to the newest Sprint rom. Now I want to get the Diamond Dette Rom.

Here's where the problem starts: I connect to activesynce..try to run the vogue unlocker 2.31..goes fine until it says disconnect and reconnect device..by that time my vogue is in bootloader and says USB, but no connection to activesync..so of course I can't continue, and can't establish a connection..:violent2:

1. tried vogue unlocker 0.41
2. tried to flash when starting in bootloader
3. changed usb ports
4. can boot into WM

HELP what am I doing wrong..I'm not a newbie to ppc's and I'm stuck..makes me feel newbie-ish:protest:

thats normal, as long as ur in bootloader and it says usb when you reconnect, you should just continue the process, it is connected...

Also... not sure what unlocker you tried, but id suggest using
Imcokeman's 2.31 vogue unlocker... thats if you havent succefully already unlocked your phone...

i'm pissed off at myself..i've read that people just continued through it, and I was being scary. Really didn't want to brick my phone at work lol.

Everything is fine and works

FYI: I was using Imcokeman's vogue unlocker 2.31 THANK YOU
