Touch screen stops working....

Sometimes my phone is working great, but then when I swipe my finger up to bring up the TouchFlo cube, nothing happens, except the touch screen is now not responding to anything. The device isn't locked up, it still responds to all of the buttons (green button, red button, d-pad, camera, volume and power). Sometimes if I wait, the cube eventually comes up and all is good, but most of the time I have to soft reset to get the touch screen to work again. Usually once this has happened, I can never get the cube to come up again, so I hard reset and restore the previous nights backup. This has gotten to be a pain in the a$$. Anyone else experienced this or have any idea what's causing it? I'm using rstoyguy's RSTG_Sprint_NBH_v1.4 ROM (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...ht=non-manilla).

Mine did the same thing and I took it to my local sprint store and got a brand new touch. This was back in March. I didnt pay anything but I had to waith 45min.

It may be a app you are running conflicting with your Biotouch.exe try uninstalling each app then installing them paying close attention to what is going on.

I wish it were that easy. It can work perfect for weeks, then it just starts happening out of nowhere.

Might be a ROM bug...Have you asked rstoyguy to see what he say's.

i only have an apache but i view many forums and read around alot and i have experienced problems similar to this alot and most of the time it is due to the microSD card so if you have one try taking it out the next time this happens and see if that fixes the problem

i tried just taking out the SD card but it still has no touch feature. Mine is worse than what others are saying, it doesn't even come back from a restart. It will randomly come back a few minutes later or sometimes days.. any help please!!

Yeah, the SD card removal didn't work. Still stumped, having to hard reset and restore the previous nights copy. It works after that but only lasts a couple days.
