GPS just stopped working (Sprint Touch)

All of a sudden, the GPS on my phone has become extremely touchy. I am not using any cooked ROMs or anything fancy. I've got the stock 6.1 ROM and have made no registry edits to my phone.

I noticed after installing the newest version of Google Maps (w/ Street View) that the application was acting goofy. It was stating that in order to run Google Maps, my device needed a data connection, which it clearly had. I was able to access the internet and any other program that required data was able to connect with no problem as well. I finally tried to reset Google Maps from within the program and the application worked again.

I also uninstalled GPSToday (today plugin version) and replaced it with GPSToday (standalone version).

Since the above two program changes have been made, GPS has been unreliable. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. When it does work, it takes a long time to get a lock. Even from a cold start, it has never taken this long. Additionally, Sprint Navigation seems to be lagging behind as i drive when the GPS is working.

I have checked all my settings for both the phone and the programs. All of my programs and the phone are set to have Windows manually manage my GPS port.

Please help
