Will a heard reset un-flash my ROM?

Nope.

Here are the steps you need to go through...

1. Change to ImCokeMaN's 2.31 (GPS enabled) bootloader

2. Flash to the latest stock sprint or bell ROM to get the latest Radio. I used the Sprint one and have 3.42.30.

3. Use a non carrier specific ROM like Dette 2D 2.3. Load your Cricket PRL and use the DCD carrier cab for cricket.
