Re: Listening to music through BT
thats just the way it is, the applications forces all audio through the BT gateway, which is why a mono BT headset sounds like crap when you are listening to music. You could try changing the AudioPara files to find something close to your liking. I use it at work just to pass the time, im not looking for quality.

Re: Listening to music through BT
What I do that seems to sound better is an edit in HLM\System\State\Hardware. Edit Bluetooth value data to 32. Play a song or something with sound, then push the talk button on your headset. The only problem I have with this is that it keeps your headset running and you need to change the value every time you turn it back on.

Re: Listening to music through BT
I stream music to my Headset/headphones(Jabra 8010) and Car stereo( Dual XHD6425) Everyday. Never had to use any extra programs.
When I set up the device in bluetooth connection, there is a check box for headset and one for wireless stereo. It connects automatically as wireless stereo. Not sure if this is the same with all bluetooth headsets. |
