what radio update do I need (sprint touch)

i recently updated my phone with this rom, v1.6 M2D Diamond ROM with SYS 20273. What radio do I need.

To be honest i dont even understand what a radio update is?

Could somebody give me and direct link to it, thanks.

If you got the rom to work, I think you have the correct radio.
