Re: Transfer files from PC to Vogue via Bluetooth
You need to establish a bluetooth connection between your vogue and your PC then if you set up an ftp connection you can use it to transfer any files between the two. My ActiveSync quit working a few months back and this is how I get everything onto my Vogue unless it is really big in which case I take the MicrosSD card out and connect it via a usb adapter to my computer and move the files that way which is faster.

Re: Transfer files from PC to Vogue via Bluetooth
Once you pair activesync (via bluetooth), you should be able to open up explorer and view the files (on the pc). From there, treat your phone like a normal folder and copy files to and from the phone like normal (as you would with something like a thumbdrive, harddrive, etc etc).
Are you having a problem with ActiveSync pairing? |

You're running Vista, activesync wont work. You need to have WMDC.

Re: Transfer files from PC to Vogue via Bluetooth
Ahhh, that's my problem. I don't have a syncing relationship established with the phone and computer - was trying to do it without that. I always hated activesync so I didn't try it in Vista, but I think maybe wmdc isn't so intrusive in that it's not running all the time like activesync.
How are the bluetooth file transfer speeds compared to USB? Can you copy from the computer direct to the MicroSD Card? Thanks guys! |
