quick question about backup

hey what is the best program to backup my phone...i want to reflash dettes manila rom but dont want to reinstall everything afterwards is there any program that wil save me the work? thanx

You can use spb backup, which I use, sprite back up, which i've never used, and i know there's others. but if you're re-flashing to try to cure up a problem, or whatever, you're gonna save it in the back up.
