Hard Reset now Activesync only connects as "Guest"

I had to hard reset my Sprint Touch. I tried reconnecting to my pc and it only sees it as a guest now. I completely removed Activesync on my pc, rebooted, soft reset the phone, enabled advance USB function on phone and still nothing. I can explore the phone when it is connected but Activesync won't allow me to sync my contacts or anything. Any clues?

No, I installed a program that messed up my phone so I had to hard reset. If you think it will work I'll hard reset again. My phone originally came with WM6.0 but I upgraded to 6.1 when they released the official Rom. I synced fine after that but resetting it screwed me up. I always thought hard resetting reverted you back to factory settings, not the firmware update.

The same thing happened to me. I downloaded active sync again and instead of doing an install, i actually chose the repair option. After that was finished, i was able to sync my phone with my contacts.

if you already hard reset the phone after the problem started to no avail its not going to change. have you checked all the settings in activesync to make sure they align with the phone. turn USB connections on // another good option is to try on another computer and see if it gives you the same problem to see if its phone or computer related

I'm going to perform a Revo Uninstall of Activesync now and then reinstall. Hopefully that will do the trick.
