Touch Problems.
 

I am on my 3rd replacement phone. I keep having issues with the contact information not showing up when people call. On my 3 phone, the one I have now...I see a faint bruise on the LCD screen. I am tired of going through replacements. I would like them to exchange for a new phone model or allow me to upgrade again. Any suggestions on getting them too?

Where I'm from (VA) there is sprint stores that you walk into and can exchange the phone as long as you have a legitimate reason that has to do with phone function. I imagine this is everywhere else too, however you said you are on your third replacement and insurance claims on phones only allow up to 3 in normal circumstances.
