HTC TOUCH PROBLEMS with dialing internet

flashed the newer rom and problem reolved.

Hey guys I got an isue here..

SO my htc touch was working fine on a line.


I swapped it over to another account that I have and the problem started.


I can connect online to evdo but it ALWAYS says that I have the wrong user name and pass.


User name is my mdn@alltel.net

and pass alltel


So when I type it in its fine.

As soon as evdo disconnects, and I reconect.. again I have to get in there and type it manually, just the pass.


I checked the programming by doing the ##778

and I have my user name right, my esn is in the pass for the first one. My ppp pass is set to alltel.


Any tips?

you could try the client initiated iota which is available by opening up your dialer then tapping menu then options then select internet and then start
