Storage Cards, which is the better brand?

Transcend or Sandisk? Which do you all recommend for our Touch phones? My 2gig Sandisk card died a couple of weeks ago.

I believe sandisk has a lifetime warranty on all there cards. in any case I have had really good luck with sandisk.

Re: Storage Cards, which is the better brand?

Sandisk is a lot more expensive. Trandscend despite being significantly cheaper makes cards that are comparable in performance and build quality. Anyway longevity isn't an issue since you'll probably be upgrading to a higher capacity card before 12 months are up.

Re: Storage Cards, which is the better brand?

I've had 3 SanDisks if various sizes and have not had a problem with any of them. I now have a Kingston 8 Gig and it seems slower than the 6 Gig Sandisk so my vote is for Sandisk.

Sandisks is more expensive? 8gb for under $30 seems to me like a steal. Got mine in the mail yesterday from an amazon vendor!

Re: Storage Cards, which is the better brand?

I have had no problems with my 4GB Dane-Elec that I bought for $7.99 back in MAY. Read a lot of other positive reviews on this brand before I bought it!
